Snake massage
Once upon a time, the snake tempted Eve and took from people eternal life in happiness. However, modern snakes have a chance to get back! The more so because it is worth disenchanting the symbolism of these reptiles - after all, in medicine we find a representation of a snake in the rod of Aesculapius.
An unusual massage is offered by the SPA center in the Israeli Tamei Elazar. If the type of surgery itself does not scare us, we can benefit a lot.
Snakes crawling on the body (of course non-poisonous) pleasantly massage the muscles, which brings relief in muscle pain and spine diseases. In addition, massage helps to relieve migraine pains. It is therefore recommendable, for example for people working in a sitting position, so that the spine and muscles feel relieved and function better for many years.
Vampire lifting
Vampire facelift, or rather mesotherapy with platelet-rich plasma, has become recognizable, among others thanks to the stars of show business (for example Kim Kardashian). It is an excellent revitalizing treatment for the skin, so it allows unconventional rejuvenation.
The association with the vampire diet results from the fact that we treat ourselves with our own blood - previously collected and then "centrifuged" to separate platelet-rich plasma. Later, it is injected into the places on the skin that we want to rejuvenate - most often the face, neck or cleavage.
Effects? Plasma stimulates and revitalizes the skin, being a kind of fuel for it. All based on natural physiological responses.
Cactus massage
It sounds scary, but it's only appearances - the massage takes place fromside of the flesh of the plant, i.e. the thornless one. Nevertheless, there is also an option for the brave, i.e. a massage with stems with short needles - it is a great stimulant for the skin to renew. We will take advantage of such a cactus benefit in the Mexican Four Seasons hotel in Punta Mita.
In addition to the cactus itself, its pulp is also used with the addition of pulque alcohol (from agave juice).
This cactus massage supports circulation, skin regeneration, removal of toxins, and also supports the fight against cellulite. Pleasure, however, is not cheap, because converted into PLN it comes from about PLN 850 per session.
Bird droppings mask
Skin rejuvenation and getting rid of wrinkles? The Japanese have an interesting way of doing it, and the secret lies in … a pile of a nightingale. The uguisu mask of bird droppings has been known in the Land of the Rising Sun for centuries, and today, for example, Victoria Beckham used the advantages of this method.
Fortunately, we do not smell an unpleasant smell during the treatment, because the faeces are properly prepared. The mask dries up and tightens pores.
What does it consist of? First of all, the beneficial enzymes are protease and lipase, which whiten and lighten the skin, as well as urea (antibacterial, softens the skin, moisturizes) and guanine (gives an aesthetic glow).
Sand SPA
This is another Japanese speci alty, and as the inhabitants of the Land of the Rising Sun, most often live to a ripe old age, it is worth using their methods.
What is the procedure? First of all, it takes place on the beach in the Ubusuki resort, where the sand gets quite high temperature under the influence of geological activities underground. The users of this sand bath lie down in the dug hole, and the workers cover the body with sand - only the head, supported on a towel, is on the surface.
Hot (but not stinging) sand acts like a sauna - the skin sweats intensely, removing toxins. In addition, the sand SPA brings relief in diseases such as rheumatism, muscle and bone pain, diabetes and asthma. Lying in the sand takes about 15 minutes.
Snail slime massage
Live snails on the face, which, by moving, will massage and rejuvenate the skin? This procedure is known as Celebrity Escargot Course.
The first stage is cleansing the skin, the second - laying the snails, which spend 30 to 60 minutes on the face. The third stage is face massage with the use of mucus left by the mollusks. It sounds strange to say the least, but such a procedure has a very beneficial effect on the skin, and Hippocrates already used snail mucus to treat inflammation.
It is worth paying attention to the properties of the mucus, which it contains a lot ofamounts of vitamins A, E and C, proteins, antioxidants and hyaluronic acid. The skin becomes properly moisturized and regenerated - dead epidermis disappears, redness, swelling or inflammation are soothed.
Bull sperm mask
Hair often requires rejuvenation. And it was for them that the bull's sperm mask was created. It contains a lot of proteins that perfectly nourish the hair. In addition, it strengthens them (of course), adds elasticity and shine. Fortunately, you don't have to worry about the characteristic… smell. A properly prepared main ingredient is used for the treatment.
Caviar bath
You can feel like a million dollars by using such a procedure! We immerse ourselves from head to toe in caviar, which is supposed to rejuvenate the skin by at least a few years - make it firm, moisturize and smooth it.
Caviar has a positive effect on the natural production of collagen and elastin, which reduces the risk of wrinkles.
Before the bath, the skin is properly prepared so that it can absorb as much of the beneficial ingredients of caviar as possible - first of all, dead skin is removed.
Foreskin mask
Popular especially in the United States, it causes - as you can guess - a lot of controversy. Foreskins from circumcised babies are bought in hospitals. Since they are a natural source of fibroblasts and collagen, they have an excellent effect on the skin, which is apparently already visible after the first treatment: they moisturize it well, give it elasticity (smooth out wrinkles), regenerate sagging.
