Varicose veins: early symptoms

Varicose veins: spider veins appear first
Spider veins (telangiectasias) appearing under the knees and around the ankles are the first serious sign that you are at risk of varicose veins. Spider veins are a serious sign of inoperability of the fine veins lying just under the skin. Varicose veins: pain under the knee and in the groin
The nagging pain under the knee or in the groin, which occurs, for example, after sitting or standing for a long time, is not an orthopedic problem and is a proof that the so-called internal varicose veins - they arise on the so-called piercing veins that connect the superficial veins (this is where varicose veins most often occur) with deep veins.
