Rzepik - how to use it?
Common agrimony is usually consumed in the form ofinfusion , and the method of its preparation depends on the purpose for which it is used:

turnip tea to drink
1 tablespoon of herb pour a glass of boiling water and keep covered for about 10 minutes. You can drink this infusion three times a day.

turnip rinse
4 tablespoons of herb pour 2 cups of warm water and cook for 10 minutes, not allowing it to boil. Leave the infusion for 15 minutes, strain it and rinse your throat when it is still warm.

turnip infusion for external compresses
2 tablespoons of herb pour 2 cups of boiling water, leave covered for 10 minutes. Then strain, add 5 drops of rosemary essential oil. In a very warm infusion, dip a large piece of gauze, squeeze. Place the gauze around your neck for 10 minutes, so that it rests on the tonsils, and wrap a towel around your neck.
