Unfortunately, I do not know the gender of the sick person, but I suspect that I am dealing with a woman. In general, the symptoms speak for the conversion syndrome - that is, "neurosis". Of course, I don't want to make a remote diagnosis, but it's worth visiting a neurologist.
I suggest using magnesium supplements or lemon balm on an ad hoc basis. Thyroid hormone testing and an ECG are also to be considered. The neurologist at the place of residence will answer whether a neuroimaging examination is advisable.
