  4. he alth care services in the field of the cardiovascular system - implantation of a dual-chamber defibrillator with atrial and ventricular defibrillation functions;
  5. he althcare services in the field of the hematopoietic and lymphatic systems - banking of the newborn's own umbilical cord blood;

    • gastrointestinal examination with an endoscopic capsule,
    • removal of haemorrhoids (haemorrhoids) using the Longo method,
    • hydrocolonotherapy;
  7. male genital he alth care benefits:
    • epididymal semen collection,
    • nuclear vein obliteration by fluoroscopy,
    • penile prosthesis implantation;
  8. he alth care services in the field of body integuments - obesity, with the exception of high degree of pathological obesity in patients with BMI over 40 treated with surgical methods;
  9. he althcare services in the field of diagnostic procedures - positron emission tomography, except in the cases of:
    • a single metastasis with an unknown starting point for the location of the primary tumor, in the absence of confirmation of the diagnosis of the primary tumor location by other available tests,
    • a single lung nodule to differentiate between a benign and malignant tumor in the absence of diagnosis using other available methods,
    • non-small cell lung cancer for preoperative staging, if other tests do not provide a clear staging assessment,
    • of Hodgkin's and non-Hodgkin's lymphomas for the purpose of initial or final evaluation of the effectiveness of chemotherapy, early diagnosis of recurrence if, CT does not give an unambiguous assessment of the stage,
    • coronary artery disease to assess frozen myocardium to precisely determine indications / contraindications for revascularization in the absence of unambiguous information from other studies,
    • prior to heart transplantation in order to exclude irreversible damage due to the inflammatory process if this condition cannot be excluded in other tests,
    • epilepsy in order to locate the primary focus if it is not possible to locate the focus in other examinations,
    • soft tissue sarcomas to assess the effectiveness of chemotherapy after two courses and early detection of relapse,
    • breast cancer for preoperative evaluationin the case of sparing treatment before biopsy, if MR shows a single lesion,
    • ovarian cancer for the early detection of recurrence, if other tests do not provide a clear answer as to the assessment of the severity and diagnosis of recurrence,
    • thyroid cancer in order to locate the relapse focus in the case of an increase in thyroglobulin level, if other tests do not allow to locate the relapse focus,
    • suspicion of bone metastases, if other tests do not allow to locate the relapse focus,
    • planning radical radiotherapy with modulated beam intensity in order to assess the decomposition of viable neoplastic cells, hypoxia, tumor proliferation, if other tests do not allow, in the absence of such an assessment in other studies,
    • radiosurgical treatment of early stage lung cancer to exclude the presence of other neoplastic lesions if other tests cannot locate them.
