The Pharmaceutical Law Act says that medicinal products and medical devices are non-returnable. However, there are exceptions to this provision. In point 6 of the Act, we read: "the provision does not apply to a medicinal product and a medical device returned to a pharmacy due to a quality defect or improper dispensing" (Art.96 sec. 5 and 6).
