1. 1 tablespoon of plum blossoms and birch buds, 2 tablespoons of ground parsley seeds
Pour the mixture in the evening with 2 cups of boiling water. We leave it under cover until the morning. Drink a glassof infusionbefore breakfast, and another one in the evening before going to bed. The treatment forconstipationshould last for 28 days.
2. 50 g of lemon balm leaves andpeppermintpeppermint, lavender flower, madder herb, St. John's wort, horse bean and knotweed, hawthorn fruit and rose, 30 g valerian root, 20 g calamus rhizome
Pour a tablespoon of the mixture with a glass of water and bring it to the boil. We put the fire together. We drink 3 times a day half an hour before a meal.
3. Motherwort herb
Pour a tablespoon of herbs with a glass of boiling water. We drink a glass of summer infusion twice a day.
4. 20 g hawthorn flower, 20 g motherwort herb
2 teaspoons of the mixture pour a glass of boiling water. We drink a glass twice a day.
5. Fresh Acacia Flower
100 g of flower pour 1/2 liter of boiling water. We drink a glass of infusion in the morning and evening.
6. 30 g of buckthorn bark and blackberry leaves, 10 g of peppermint leaves, chamomile and linden flower baskets
Pour a tablespoon of the mixture with a glass of boiling water and simmer for 2 minutes. We drink 1/2 cup of warm stock twice a day before meals.
In recipes 2-6, after brewing the herbs, leave them covered for 10-15 minutes and strain the infusion.
Important!One of the causes of hemorrhoids is prolonged constipation, so it is worth avoiding them. Eating a diet rich in fiber should help, as well as keeping an eye on the daily amount of physical activity, and if necessary - you can use laxatives.
