Hello. I have recently been undergoing a routine gynecological check-up. On the 18th day of the cycle, the gynecologist found the endometrium 20 mm heterogeneous on the ultrasound examination of the reproductive organs. He said nothing, just told him to come in a month after his period to watch it again. I have read a bit about it and either I am in early pregnancy, which I rather exclude, or I have uterine cancer. I am 34 years old and have three children. I am not using hormonal contraception. My hair has fallen out a lot since my last childbirth. Could it somehow be related to this endometrium? And should I be worried?

It's best not to worry and check after your period, and it's definitely worth having your thyroid hormones tested if your hair is falling out and you have heavy menstrual bleeding, judging by the thickness of your endometrium.
