I'm 30 years old. I have been treated for 4 years for hypothyroidism, in addition I am very obese (approx. 130 kg). I take constant medications: Euthyrox, Bisocard and Adipex for obesity. The test results are normal. I have had menstrual disorders for some time, sometimes even a few months without my period. During the year I underwent two cleaning procedures - abrasion of the uterine cavity (April 2012 and November 2012) - endometrial hyperplasia. After the last treatment (30-11-2012), the bleeding did not occur until January 10, 2013 (slight spotting for 8-9 days, and then almost two weeks of bleeding resembling a heavy menstruation, including very large clots for two days). I have no idea what to do? The histopathological results showed nothing - they can only be the cause of hormonal disorders. Maybe it's stupid, but I'm afraid to go to the doctor - I'm afraid of the diagnosis. I am asking for advice. What could it be?
You should use hormonal contraception, at least for the duration of use, you should normalize your periods.
