I have not dreamed of anything for a very long time. Is it normal? I used to remember my dreams. I know that you remember them shortly after waking up, but mostly some pieces even stayed in my head. For several months I don't remember anything, I don't dream of anything. Is there something wrong with me?

Everything is fine. Dreams appear in one of the sleep phases (REM), if then there is not even a superficial awakening and consolidating them in memory - in further stages of sleep they are irretrievably blurred. These dreams that you remember in the morning are about what you dreamed just before waking up. But you can wake up when there are no dreams and think that you have not dreamed at all. But they were, they were just obliterated. This is the case with you in the last few months. Regards!
