For a year and a half I have unexpectedly had a large pulse jump, eg to 156. This happens, for example, when falling asleep, shopping, talking to a friend, etc. I feel faint, my tongue becomes numb and I shiver. It takes about 5 minutes. Then I panic and my blood pressure jumps to 170/110. After 10 minutes, everything returns to normal without taking any medications, only an internal shudder is left. The internist prescribed afobam for me - it was great. I had to put it down. I had a nightmare, I was dying every day, I lost 15 kg in 3 weeks. But I finally got over this "wonder drug". Currently I take coacsil, xanax, chidrosizinum 3 times a day. It's not great, but it's good. Is it anxiety neurosis? And am I properly treated?
Yes, it is probably an anxiety neurosis. It is treated like a neurosis, so psychotherapy is the first thing to do. You can and sometimes you have to support it with drugs - it is important that these are non-addictive drugs, so afobam (=xanax!) Only exceptionally, temporarily in the event of an anxiety attack. There will be no tragedy if you do not take this drug, because you have experienced that the fear itself passes after a short time. Coaxil and Hydroxyzyn are non-addictive drugs. Regards!
