They say she is amazing, that such women just "don't happen". And it is true. Martyna Wojciechowska is a woman out of this world.

As the second Pole (after Anna Czerwińska), she won the Crown of the Earth, a trophy for climbing the highest peaks in the world. In 2006. climbed the highest mountain in the world - Mount Everest.
But Martyna not only climbs. He travels, dives, shoots (of course, in sports), takes part in motorcycle rallies. And everywhere she is winning laurels, on which she does not settle, because they drive her, keep pushing her forward.
Where do you get so much passion from?
I have never liked stagnation, monotony, boring, peaceful life. It was always driving me somewhere. And when I was starting to do something, I had to go all the way. Living on the move, on the move, overcoming your own weaknesses is what I need the most.
Do you have any weaknesses?
Of course. I, like any other human being, have weaknesses and feel tired and wonder what to do next. But weaknesses are there to be overcome.
Sometimes, however, we are limited by some specific physical weaknesses, e.g. diseases, especially chronic ones. The doctor will forbid it and then what? Wouldn't that be hoeing to the sun?
You always have to take up challenges and fight. After the accident, and it was a really serious accident, I had a dangerous spine injury, the doctor said that I would not go hiking anymore. Of course there was a shock first, but then a rebellion quickly followed. I started to rebel against such a diagnosis, to exercise - and please, the impossible has become possible. You have to believe that nothing is impossible for us, that a man is able to perform miracles, as long as he strongly believes in it.
Are you always in such a perfect form?
The form in which I am now is not the best of my abilities. I feel it. That's why I'm still working on it. A lot has changed since I got pregnant and gave birth to Marysia. After having my baby, it was not so easy for me to return to my original state, but I am working on myself and I have to admit that I can already see the light in the tunnel.
Do you torture yourself with exercises in the gym?
It's hard to say that I torture myself, I treat it as something normal. Workouts in the gym are a very important matter for me. Also because they force me to discipline. A consequence ofkeeping fit is worth its weight in gold. Besides, I really like running. Fortunately, I live in the middle of Kampinos and have excellent conditions for practicing this sport. But even if I did not have such conditions, I would find a way to be able to run.
Others have conditions, and maybe they know different ways, and yet their only form of physical activity is … getting up from the couch to change in front of the TV in front of the computer …
I would advise such people to move their horizon and, after getting up from the couch, not to move to another place or get into the car right away, but to go for a walk. Lying on the couch is just laziness, a waste of life. In my opinion, it's a waste of time. There are so many interesting things to do! Generally, however, I believe that the condition of Polish women and Poles is improving. We care more and more about he alth and such an attitude is even fashionable. People no longer go on vacation to roast on the beach, but want to actively spend their time hiking, cycling and skiing. I think we have nothing to be ashamed of, but let's not rest on our laurels. Fortunately, more and more sports centers are being built, and physical culture is important in upbringing. Now young people play tennis and learn windsurfing. It is very important to instill the need for sports and he althy eating from a very early age.
Exactly, he althy eating. For some people it is associated only with various preparations in tablets …
The daily diet should be varied, full of vegetables and fruits. And when it comes to supplementing it with preparations, it is a good way when you need to use them. This can be important when you lead a fast, stressful lifestyle.

I use a ginseng preparation that supports the functioning of my body, no matter what I do or where I am. Whether in Warsaw or somewhere far away in the mountains. And really, as artificial as it may sound, I can always rely on him. But of course, any such dietary supplements should be taken wisely and in moderation. Despite the fact that nowadays we can enjoy the full range of fresh vegetables and fruits all year round, everyone will probably agree that in winter a tomato is nothing like a tomato. It is then hard to believe in its nutritional value. We know how much chemistry is used in growing and breeding. Dietary supplements give us a guarantee of quality control. And I don't overshadow anything in my life like high-quality hard work.
