I wanted to ask for help, because I don't know if something is wrong with me or if I'm just dramatizing. I'm 14 years old and my problem is that I still feel like there's something behind my back. As soon as I walk past the window / mirror, I have to check myself just to be sure. When I enter the bathroom, I quickly lock the door, check that there is nothing in the bathtub, fluff my towels and check the cupboard, only then can I use it normally. Sometimes I have the impression that something is flying past me somewhere. When I'm sitting at the computer, from time to time I turn on the camera / turn off the screen to be able to see if there is anything behind me. I used to think that I just heard too many scary stories, but even if I really cut myself off from such things in a long time, it still bothers me. Help, because I do not know what it is caused by, whether I imagined it myself or something else.

It's very good that you wrote about your problem - it proves your maturity. Unfortunately, no reasonable person can make any diagnosis by correspondence. I believe that you should talk to your parents about these troubles, and if you do not trust them for whatever reason, then with the school psychologist. There are also youth helplines. However, any real (i.e. not over the phone or correspondence) psychological consultation should end with contact with your parents. What you are describing may have many causes, so it's best not to delay. The more so because the causes can be really trivial, which does not mean that such a state is not tiring. Do not hesitate, I cordially greet you.
