For several months I have had behaviors that are not entirely normal to me. I wash my hands a lot, I can wash my hands and in a minute I have this strange feeling that I have to wash them again, so I do it because I know I wouldn't be able to stop thinking about it later. I always brush my teeth in the same way, even when I'm in a hurry, because like washing my hands, if I don't do it, I feel bad. I always stir the tea until something in me allows me to finish and I find that I mixed it up well. In the same way, I always wash my nephew's milk bottles in the same way, and if I'm wrong, I wash them again. Or I have thoughts related to other people usually closest to me and to me. They are blasphemous, erotic and murderous thoughts that come suddenly. I always try to do something else at such moments, but I can't, can't get them out of my head. I don't want them and I have the impression that someone is pushing these thoughts into me. I somehow manage with all this, although it scares me more and more and I am afraid at times that it may get worse.

Everything you wrote points to a disease called obsessive compulsive disorder. Perhaps there are diseases that can be cured by mail, but the neurosis of obsessions is not one of them. It requires simultaneous pharmacological treatment by a psychiatrist and psychotherapy usually conducted by a psychologist. The sooner you start treatment, the better. The problem of "abnormal personality" should also be of interest to a psychologist when treating neurosis. The term itself is too vague to be related to it.
