I am 26 years old, 1.5 years ago I gave birth to a baby girl in 36 weeks of pregnancy. The reason - gestosis (edema, high pressure 160/120 without proteinuria). In a year's time I would like to try to find another small citizen, but I am terribly afraid that gestosis will repeat itself. I do tests - morphology and creatinine as well as urine (urine unchanged, blood hgb - 13.2, PLT - 156,000, creatinine the highest value six months ago 1.0 - currently 0.62). What other tests should I do? And will gestosis reappear? I'm terribly afraid of having a premature baby again.
Since gestosis is an obvious complication of pregnancy, an important indication of its recurrence is the current value of blood pressure - I hope it is normal. Please remember that gestosis is 6-8 times more common in the element. Unfortunately, it also has a genetic background.
