I have cervical conization due to endometrium. The histopathological examination revealed chronic inflammation of the cervix, leukoplakia of the excised material and confirmation of the endometrium. About 3 months after the surgery, an erosion appeared that was burned out. After 2 months, brown discharge appeared 4 days before menstruation. Now it is bloody discharge, more abundant after intercourse.

The conization treatment is performed mainly due to precancerous conditions of the cervix / dysplasia or pre-invasive cancer of the cervix as a diagnostic and therapeutic method. I don't understand the question - conization was done due to endometrium ????? Because the endometrium is the lining of the uterine cavity. To answer your question, I would need to know why you underwent the conization treatment. From the symptoms described by you, the most sensible procedure seems to be a colposcopic examination for a very detailed assessment of the cervix, possibly combined with taking samples, as well as a vaginal ultrasound examination.
