The transvaginal ultrasound showed that I had a two-horned uterus - the doctor told me that I had nothing to worry about and that it would not affect getting pregnant, but there might be a problem with keeping it. How should I prepare for pregnancy, what tests should I do and can every gynecologist conduct such a pregnancy? What are the consequences of this defect and can a woman give birth by force of nature, or is it advisable to have a caesarean section?

Two-horned uterusis not an indication for delivery by caesarean section. In the case of a two-horned uterus, hysterography may be performed to assess the exact shape of the uterus. In preparing for a future pregnancy, I do not see the need for specialized tests.
