I suffer from recurring infections of the reproductive system. I use special liquids for intimate hygiene, only cotton underwear, I cook towels, I use floragin prophylactically but it doesn't help. After treatment, even if I have not had sex, it takes some time (usually about a week) to get the infection. Symptoms are excessive vaginal discharge with an unpleasant smell similar to the smell of onions and a cheesy consistency, upper abdominal pain, the need to urinate constantly. So far I have been treated by many specialists and so far nothing has helped me. I also had inflammation of the ovaries recently. With infections, inflammations of the urinary tract often appear, and this is also treated. Can these infections be prevented?

The symptoms described by you require diagnostics of the immune system - immune disorders, exclusion of metabolic diseases, e.g. diabetes and kidney pathology.
