Squirting occurs in some women during orgasm and is a sign of special sensuality and sensitivity to sexual stimuli. Check which exercises will enable you to achieve female ejaculation.

Female ejaculationis still judged by sexologists as some kind of phenomenon in women experiencing full, wonderfulorgasms .

Squirting: what is it about?

The appearance of a female ejaculation is exactly like what happens in men at climax: at the moment of orgasm, a vaginal discharge appears in the vagina, in the form of ejaculation, the volume of which can vary from one to several milliliters. It can be "fired", just like sperm, up to a distance of 20 cm! Scientists do not fully understand the mechanism of female ejaculation. Some people look for an explanation in lubrication, i.e. they see a connection between female ejaculation and the appearance of lubrication fluid that makes it possible to have intercourse at all. However, this seems to be a rather far-fetched translation, as the lubrication fluid, i.e. physiological wetting of the vaginal walls, appears already at the time of sexual arousal. It is needed for the partner to be able to make frictional movements. Its origins, like ejaculation, are still unknown, but the similarities probably end there. Lubrication fluid usually appears 10-30 seconds after sexual arousal, as a result of stimuli such as touch, words, seeing your partner, etc. And ejaculation is only associated with orgasm.

Other sexologists claim that female ejaculation may be the result of irritation of the Grafenberg space, i.e. stimulation of the famous G-spot. And this seems to be the most reasonable explanation.

Squirting: not always, not everyone

In some women this reaction occurs sporadically, in others it happens constantly. Such ejaculations, especially episodic episodes, may come as a surprise to the partners. Some men, when they feel this reaction, do not know how to act. They may be concerned at such a point that something strange is happening to the woman. Especially when the ejaculation is profuse and the man feels that the woman is flooding him with her juices. In turn, others equate this ejaculation withorgasm (and rightly so) and may then, in dealing with another partner who does not ejaculate, think that she is not having an orgasm at all. And she can experience it, only without that specific

In connection with female ejaculation, quite humorous events can also take place, as mentioned by the sexologist prof. Zbigniew Lew-Starowicz. Well, one of the professor's patients, who felt such an ejaculation in his new partner, believed that maybe she has features of … androgynous!

However, as judged by those partners who experience simultaneous joint ejaculation (that also happens!), It's an amazing experience. In addition, it is not difficult to achieve at all. There are ways in which a woman can refine her sexual responses to the point where she can squirt out.

Squirting - check vaginal contractility

Before you start exercising, check to what extent your vagina is contracting. And so put your finger in your vagina, contract the muscles on it, and after a while try to remove your finger. If it is hard to remove, the contraction is severe and you may not be exercising. If your fingers feel a muscle contraction, but can be removed easily, the contraction is average. If the contraction is barely noticeable, the contraction is weak. Finally, if you don't feel anything and your fingers slide out easily, a contraction is missing. Then the exercises are very advisable.

Squirting - increase vaginal contractility

You can strengthen vaginal contractility by doing exercises for the Kegel muscles (pelvic floor). These are the same muscles that you use to hold back urine when you can't piss off yourself. Their regular enhancement will not only improve the quality of the stimuli you feel during sex, but also protect against urinary incontinence and facilitate future childbirth.

Squirting - exercise with "devices"

Once you've decided your vagina is contractile enough and ready to ejaculate, practice with goodies (these don't have to be sexshop toys). For example, take a medium-ripe banana, peel it and put it in a foil bag. Then put the bag in your vagina and now try to squeeze your muscles on it. If you can crush the fruit, you are on your way to ejaculating. Note: Such exercises are not a figment of an unhe althy imagination, but are recommended by many sexologists. Unfortunately, so far mainly in countries that are more sexually educated than ours. There, doctors prescribe prescription gadgets to exercise vaginal contractility. A very popular accessory that will help you strengthenVaginal muscles are e.g. geisha balls.

Squirting - do it with your partner

After the solo exercises, you can start practicing with your partner. And so, when he is in, contract the muscles on his penis while he remains completely motionless. The next step is to contract the muscles during intercourse.

Your initiative will make him also more active in your vagina, which will undoubtedly end in not only a joint orgasm, but also a joint ejaculation.
