It has been going on for as long as I can remember, today I am 27 years old. It started when I was a child (around 8 years old). Behavior of clenching the legs and consciously causing perineal contractions in arousal situations, e.g. watching sexual abuse scenes on TV. These contractions led to a climax, which was a pleasant, slightly painful stinging in the urethra (or maybe it just seems to be the urethra, maybe it's the clitoris). Today it is the same, although sometimes it happens unconsciously (e.g. when I have not had sex with my husband for a long time) or while sleeping. This scares me because I have lost control of it. When I was pregnant (at risk) and I couldn't have sex, it also happened to me in my sleep, and I had contractions in the morning. I had a pregnancy loss. Could this be the reason? Doctor, I am asking for an answer. The problem has been bothering me for many years, and I am terribly ashamed to tell anyone about it.
Everything is fine. You have (like everyone) your own masturbation regimen. You practiced it when you did not have a partner or the possibility of intercourse, and that's how it should be. The problem would be if you preferred masturbation to being with your partner, and you are not. People tend to have sexual tensions, and if they can't be discharged together with your partner, that's what happens.
