I am a person who works in the industry according to my education, I have a few close friends and I get along quite well with my family. Even so, I often think of myself as "insufficient". How to deal with it?

It would be worth looking at what exactly, according to you, means "insufficient". The difficulty you are talking about may be deeply rooted, e.g. due to family relations, previous experiences, etc. Unfortunately, so little information means that I can only ask about the causes and possible solutions, so I encourage you to contact a psychologist and take a look at it, what exactly is behind the phrase "I am insufficient". What I would suggest is to examine how your difficulty relates to your beliefs about yourself. I encourage you to ask yourself a few questions: is my belief based on facts? Does my belief protect my he alth or life? Does my belief help me achieve my goals? Does my belief help to avoid or resolve conflicts with others? Does my belief help me feel the way I want to feel without using stimulants? If, after answering, it turns out that self-confidence does not have a pragmatic value, it does not have a positive effect on your comfort, on the contrary - it contributes to behaviors that negatively affect the thoughts you have about yourself, it is worth considering changing it under the supervision of a specialist.
