- What you can do
If you have mild depressive symptoms from time to time, it is usually enough to slightly modify your lifestyle to turn the world pink. It is not always easy, because - as the saying goes - habits are second nature to man. But for peace of mind, it's worth trying to change something. The easiest way to start is with daily gymnastics. Do not set yourself very ambitious tasks - I will practice 20 minutes. If you haven't exercised so far, you will quickly get discouraged. All you need to do is do one bend, stretch properly, or do two squats. It will get easier over time, and you will start exercising regularly. The mood is also balanced by a proper diet - less s alt, coffee, alcohol, small portions, but eaten more often and rich in minerals and vitamins. In the case of moderate to severe depressive disorders, medical assistance is required. You don't have to run to a psychiatrist right away, although there's nothing to be ashamed of. Appropriate drugs (often herbal) can also be recommended by a gynecologist or internist. HRT is also worth considering, because, as you know, correcting estrogen deficiency may be a more effective treatment method than typical mood-elevating drugs.
