Migraine is a troublesome disease that takes away the joy of life and exposes the patient to great suffering. But by following certain rules, you can reduce the number of migraine attacks.
Remedies for migrainesshould be known to every person suffering from this type of headache. People suffering from migraines should closely monitor their bodies to know what triggers subsequent attacks. Some doctors suggest that their charges should keep a diary in which they will write down what they ate, drink, what the weather was like, or take any medications the day before the onset of a migraine attack.
If you wrote down what harms you, what provokes attacks and how they proceed, take your notes with you when going to the doctor.
Women should also record on which day of the menstrual cycle a severe headache appeared. It is easier to determine what causes a migraine attack with these detailed notes.
A migraine attack can provoke almost anything. Most often, however, these are food ingredients, exhaustion or strong external stimuli, e.g. noise. Therefore, for your own good, it is worth following the rules described here.
