3D chili diet: weekly menu - day 1
- breakfast: tomato stuffed with shredded tuna, seasoned with black pepper and Provencal herbs
- 2nd breakfast: 150 g of natural yoghurt with orange and cinnamon
- dinner: 100 g rabbit baked in mustard
- afternoon tea: yoghurt dessert with mango mousse and a pinch of chili (150 g)
- dinner: arugula with pear, poured with a sauce prepared from a spoon of olive oil, a pinch of cinnamon and black pepper

- breakfast: wheat bran omelette with banana and cinnamon
- 2nd breakfast: multi-vegetable juice
- lunch: pumpkin soup with red lentils and cardamom
- afternoon tea: fruit dessert with kiwi, bananas, mascarpone cheese, seasoned with basil and mint leaves
- dinner: baked apple with bran, cinnamon and raisins

- dinner: roasted pear with bran, seasoned with cinnamon and grated ginger

- dinner: a slice of wholemeal rye bread with a slice of chicken sirloin and Russian mustard, red tea (200 ml)
