Fit Loversis a project of two people who, apart from their passion for a he althy lifestyle, are joined by love. Pamela Stefanowicz and Mateusz Janusz met while studying at the Academy of Physical Education and Sport in Gdańsk.
Pamela is a titled competitor of the IFBB Bikini Federation Fitness, a qualified personal trainer, fitness and modern gymnastics instructor. Mateusz is a personal trainer and gymnastics instructor. He is also a competitor of the IFBB Men's Fitness Federation. The couple conducts trainings, workshops, gives dietary and training advice.Fit Loversalso try to motivate others to lead an active lifestyle like them. They both recommend exercising in pairs, because then it is easier to mobilize, support each other, and have fun at the same time.
Fit Loversare very active on social media: they have their own accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, but most of all they run their own website. Pamela and Mateusz also post on YouTube videos with the exercises they suggest, as well as those showing their private life, reporting on their travels, or cooking and preparing he althy meals. In March 2022, they published the book "A Couple for Life. Motivate yourself with Fit Lovers".

Fit Lovers: what are the effects of their exercises?
Although the activity of Fit Lovers can be described as a lifestyle activity, it focuses primarily on sports. You can watch the exercises proposed by Pamela and Mateusz on their YouTube channel. Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of buckwheat flour
