The doctor diagnosed me with a spontaneous miscarriage. The day of the beginning of the last menstruation - July 16, ovulation - July 30, the first positive pregnancy test - August 17. I immediately visited the gynecologist - after two visits he kept saying that nothing was visible, saying that it was most likely a pregnancy with early miscarriage, giving me Lutein to induce menstruation (I have been taking nothing for a week and still have no periods). I changed my doctor - a visit on August 22 told me that the endometrium was quite thick and ordered a blood test. After the visit, I did a betaHCG test, the result from August 23 is 49.9 mIU / mL, and the next day a slight increase and the result from August 24 is 50.6 mIU / mL. I will add that I am obese, but when doing vaginal ultrasound (four times) you should already see something. What else can I do?

With such low betaHCG values, the gestational bubble is not visible. My advice is to repeat betaHCG and if it does not rise, stop taking Lutein. The lack of an adequate increase in beta HCG proves that the pregnancy has stopped developing.
