Millet detox - benefits

1. Millet detox can be performed at any time of the year, because millet has warming properties, and during the detox process, EFA fats are delivered to the body - mainly in the form of linseed - we will not freeze more than usual, even if the outside temperature drops below zero .

2. During a millet detox, you do not feel hungry in the first days or later, as you do during a more restrictive detox. Therefore, it can be successfully carried out even by people who have more work (mental or physical). Millet detox also does not cause periodic worsening of well-being, as is the case with other detoxes.

3. Millet detox can also be a lifeline when, during another form of cleansing, it suddenly turns out that we cannot cope, or for other reasons we have to stop the detoxifying diet. Instead of giving up, you can switch to a millet detox and continue at least until the date on your calendar that marks the end of your cleanse.
