2-3 slices of wholemeal or rye sourdough bread with humus and vegetables Humus: 200g of chickpeas after cooking, 4 tablespoons of olive oil or sesame oil, 4 tablespoons of sesame seeds, a pinch of s alt, 2 cloves of garlic.

Mix chickpeas with olive oil and sesame seedsand garlic pressed through the press. If the paste is too thick, add water in small portions and mix.

  • second breakfast

Natural kefir 300-500 ml, a portion of fruit, e.g. a large apple or 2-3 kiwis or a glass of cherries.

  • dinner

150 g pollock baked in foil with dill, baked potatoes with thyme, sauerkraut salad with a tablespoon of oil.

2-3 rice cakes with sugar-free peanut butter.

Carrot and zucchini cutlets: 1 cup of grated carrots (1 large), 1 cup of grated zucchini (1/2 large), 1/2 bunch of parsley, 4 heaped tablespoons of wholemeal flour + 1 tablespoon for the dough, 2 tablespoons sesame, 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, 1/2 teaspoon s alt, garlic pressed through a press, oil for frying.

Stew the grated carrot and zucchini with a few tablespoons of water until all the liquid has evaporated and the vegetables are tender. Cool the vegetables a little, put them in a bowl with chopped parsley, flour, sesame, sunflower seeds, s alt and garlic. Mix everything well, kneading with your hands. Sprinkle a tablespoon of flour on a plate, form small patties with your wet hands, coat in flour and fry in hot oil on both sides.

Zucchini salad with nuts

Zucchini salad with nuts: 5 tablespoons of quinoa before cooking, medium zucchini, a tablespoon of oil, a clove of garlic, 3 tablespoons of walnuts or pine nuts or cashews, 1 tablespoon of raisins, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to taste, s alt, pepper. Cut the zucchini into thin slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the zucchini for a while, then add the crushed garlic and stew, covered, adding a little water. When the zucchini is soft (about 10-15 minutes), put it in a bowl, add nuts, raisins, lemon juice and season with s alt and pepper. Mix everything with the cooked quinoa. Set aside and wait until it cools down.

Lentil chili: 1 onion, 1 leek, 1 red pepper, 2 spring onions, 2 cloves of garlic, half a cup of yellow lentils, half a can of red beans, a can of tomatoes, ¾ cup of vegetable stock or water, marjoram, oregano , chili, basil, cumin, pepper, 2 tablespoons of oil. Dice the vegetables and fry in oil. Add lentils, tomatoes and canned beans, water and spices. Simmer until lentils are soft.

Cottage cheese with tomato and chives.

Stuffed chicken fillet: chicken breast fillet 150g, half a ball of mozzarella, 2-3 dried tomatoes, basil, oregano, s alt, pepper. Cut the chicken fillet into a pocket. Put half of the ball insidemozzarella, tomatoes cut into strips and herbs. Season to taste with s alt and pepper and fasten with a skewer toothpick. Brush the prepared fillets with a little oil and grill on the wire rack on both sides for approx. 10-15 minutes.
