  • Every 3 years it is worth doing amorphology ,OBand a general urine test. If you are thin, check your blood sugar and cholesterol levels every 3-5 years. If you are overweight, repeat the test every year. When visiting an internist, measure your blood pressure.
  • Visit the gynecologist every 2 years, and every year if you have sex. During the control visit, apart from the usual examination, a cytology, i.e. a cervical smear, is also necessary. If the result is correct, repeat it every 2 years.

  • After the age of 25, do the first ultrasound of the breast, and then as recommended by your doctor (usually every 2 years). If your mother, grandmother or sister suffered from breast cancer, have a checkup every year until the age of 30.
  • When you turn 25, have a transvaginal ultrasound every 2 years - it allows you to detect any changes in the reproductive organs.
  • If you use birth control pills, see your gynecologist every six months. Your doctor should then measure your blood pressure and order a transvaginal ultrasound. Liver tests, cholesterol and sugar levels should be checked once a year. If the results are abnormal, you need to change the method of preventionpregnancy.
  • If you are planning to become a mother, your gynecologist will order thyroid hormone tests, a toxoplasmosis and cytomegalovirus antibody test. Be sure to think about vaccinations, incl. against hepatitis B, rubella.
  • Visit your dentist every six months to remove the calculus and heal cavities. Do not underestimate it, because decayed teeth are a source of infection for the whole body.
  • Visit an ophthalmologist every 4 years, and if you wear glasses - as recommended by your doctor.
