What do you need to make gel nails?

  • Files of various weights, cubes.
  • Tip glue (with a stencil method - not needed).

  • Liquid for washing mass - cleaner.
  • Primer (necessary for a problematic nail plate, e.g. very greasy).
  • Gel - single-phase (we use the same gel to make 3 layers on the nail), three-phase (we use 3 types of gels - deck, builder, topcoat / shine).

How to make gel nails step by step?

  1. Disinfect your hands, prepare the nail plate - cut the nails briefly, gently mat with a file and a dice. We remove the cuticles with a stick.Degrease with a liquid (cleaner). If necessary, we apply the primer (only on the natural nail plate).
  2. Primer increases the adhesion of the gel to the nail plate. In the case oftips , we adjust their shape to our nail plate. In the case of the template, we also properly adjust it to our plate.
  3. Ontipsyas well as ontemplatewe apply / model the gel. Warning! the gel must not touch the cuticles (they cannot be "poured").
  4. Apply the gel in thin layers. The first layer covers the entire tips (in the case of a template, the first layer builds the shape and length of the nail). The second layer is to shape the so-called " Ccurve", that is, to give it a perfect shape. Third - finishing. Each layer must be cured in a UV lamp (depending on the type of gel from 2 to 3 minutes) and washed with a cleaner.
  5. After the second hardened layer, gently saw the nail giving it its final shape. The third layer does not need to be sawn, thanks to which the nail will shine beautifully.
  6. Finally, apply the olive to the skins.

How to make tipsy?

  1. We glue the tips with a special glue designed for this purpose.
  2. We shorten the nails with a guillotine as needed. We give them shape.
  3. Matting the tips - remove the fault between the tips and the natural plate with a fine-grained file.
  4. After putting on the tips, you can start applying the gel.
