Some time ago I started to lose weight, weighing 66-67 kg with a height of 176 cm. I'm a woman. I ate low-calorie foods and exercised 6 times a week for about 45 minutes. Well, after about 3 months I lost weight to 63-64 kg. However, I noticed that I do not look feminine, ie size A bust, hands like sticks, protruding bones and extensive muscles. My period is also gone. I went to the doctor and he said I needed to gain weight. But how do I get fat in? I see diets for gaining weight everywhere, but for muscle tissue, and I don't need any more muscle because I really feel like turning into a guy. I would like to look feminine again. I am currently putting on a kilo, but I don't see any difference. I limited training to 4 times a week and stopped counting calories (previously I ate about 2700 kcal, now I just try to eat regularly every 2-3 hours).

If you increase the calorific value of your meals and do not perform heavy strength training and fat burning, you should "gain fat". It would be beneficial if you increased the daily caloric content of the menu, increased the amount of carbohydrates and fat in the diet, the excess of which causes the increase of adipose tissue. So you should eat products such as bread, pasta, rice, groats, fresh and dried fruit. If you drink a glass of fruit juice before your meal, it will stimulate your appetite. Please add more oil, nuts and seeds to your meals as they are a concentrated source of energy.

You should follow the rules of he althy eating, i.e. the amount and regularity of meals. You should not include high-calorie unhe althy snacks, junk food, sweets and highly processed foods in your diet. Just eat what you like and if possible rest after meals, this will ensure that all the nutrients are better absorbed from your food.
