You will notice the changes especially in firmer buttocks, slender thighs, stronger back and shoulders. What's more, rompers improve your condition - after all, in order to do them continuously for a few minutes, you definitely need to have one.

The rules of the 30-day puzzle with puppies are not complicated: it is enough to perform the exercise a certain number of times on a specific day, according to the training plan presented by us.
We have divided the challenge into three versions: for beginners as well as intermediate and advanced users.
The challenge consists only of performing jumping jacks, there is a day of break between its parts - during the whole month we exercise for 25 days, and rest for 5 days. about 150-200 of them, and you will do this number of repetitions in the first days of training.
