Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • a small bunch of chard with young beets
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/4 cups of chopped dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 glasseskefir

Preparation method:

Chop the washed chard, peel the beetroot and dice it. Put everything in a pot and pour 150 ml of water. Then stew for about 10 minutes. and set aside to cool. Then add the kefir, crushed garlic, chives, dill and finely diced cucumbers. Mix thoroughly. Add s alt to taste and mix thoroughly again. Set aside for a few hours in the refrigerator. Cold soup can be served with halves of a hard-boiled egg.

Kefir diet: recipe for kefir soup with turnips

Ingredients:

  • 3 small swedes
  • shallots or spring onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 l kefir
  • 1 and 1/2 cups of vegetable stock
  • 2 eggs
  • tablespoon of oil
  • cucumber
  • basil leaves to decorate
  • s alt, pepper

Preparation method:

1. Dice the onion, peel the garlic and press it through the press. Peel the cucumber, cut lengthwise in half and remove the seeds. Cut the pulp into small cubes. Grate the cobbles on a coarse-mesh grater. 2. Mix the kefir, broth and eggs thoroughly with a whisk in the pot. Whiping all the time, heat up without bringing to a boil. Ingredients:

  • 3 tinned pineapple slices
  • half a banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 10-15 strawberries
  • glass of kefir
  • juice from half a lemon
  • 1 grated dark chocolate cube

Preparation method:
