Dorota Kamińska Not only is she a great actress, but also practiced many sports! And she is still very active. Hence the strength, youthful appearance and sparkle in the eye!

Dorota Kamińska:Time flows the same for everyone. You can't stop him, so proving that you are 18 is sometimes pathetic. People addicted to improving their beauty and cheating time start to look caricatured at some point.

The most important thing is a well-functioning psyche and "self-consent". Complexes can be seen in behavior, in the way we relate to others. I have been saying for a long time that in your thirties your character comes out on the face. We meet someone unknown and we think, for example, "It must be a terrible bum" or "Oh, I think it's a nice person". Everything is painted on the face. I like the life I lead and accept myself today.

Dorota Kamińska: The most important thing is the way you eat

We consist of what we eat. I start my day with fresh juice, which I squeeze from vegetables and fruits. Lemon, grapefruit and apple are the fruits I use, they deacidify the body, and from vegetables - beetroot, parsley root, celery, pumpkin, pepper or other fruits that are in season.

I drink half a liter of this juice on an empty stomach and have energy for the rest of the day. People have all kinds of addictions, I got addicted to juice. I have been consciously approaching the issue of nutrition for many years: I avoid preservatives and any "enhancers". I choose what is natural.

I have been on a gluten-free diet for a year and a half and I can see very positive effects of its impact. I used to wake up in the morning tired, since switching to this diet I have a short sleep and wake up full of energy.

When I buy something, I read the labels on the packages. Some time ago, for example, I was surprised by the composition of sauerkraut. I thought there should be s alt and cabbage, but there were a couple of different E's, acidity regulators, and the like. I was also unable to find horseradish containing more than 58% pure horseradish. From then on, I just sour the cabbage, cucumbers, and make horseradish.

Dorota Kamińska: you have to move!

The more the better. I read itsomewhere that the he althiest form of activity for a person is not running, because it exhausts the knees and spine, especially at "a certain" age, but just an ordinary walk. Of course, not this one when we drag ourselves foot by foot! It has to be sharp: fast, measured and energetic. One hour of walking three times a week - and we'll be in great shape.

I have been very active since I was a child and tried my strength in various sports. For ten years I have been playing volleyball and table tennis professionally. I was involved in acrobatic gymnastics, basketball, handball, tennis, I went to fitness, gym, played squash. I also go skiing and sailing. Now the sailing season awaits me. We have been sailing in Masuria with my partner Piotr for over 10 years. You have to take care of your condition constantly, and the older you get, the more.
