Two weeks ago I snatched the top six. Extracting this tooth was complicated. The pain after tooth extraction came again when I was at my dentist, he said it was not bad, he did the toilet of that tooth and applied some medicine. Everything was fine for 2-3 days. Now, when I am in the UK, unfortunately, for a few days the hole in this tooth hurts, it is still swollen, I have been taking an antibiotic for some time. There's some weird white soft lump on the gum and I don't know if that's normal or what that is.

Complications can occur after a complicated extraction. This white coating is a clot, i.e. the wound heals. The pain is caused by anaerobic bacteria that have established themselves in the wound. In such a situation, you can prepare a rinse in the following proportion: one tablespoon of 3% hydrogen peroxide to 1/2 glass of water. Do not rinse with such a solution, but gently pour over the area so as not to rinse the clot. After completing the antibiotic treatment, everything should stabilize. The clot must not be rinsed out, surely the dentist has warned about this.
