A month ago I had a tooth (7 at the bottom) and that's when my problems started. The pain started, after some time the pain moved to the upper jaw, ear, the entire left side. I went to the dentist, it turned out there was something wrong with the nerve. The dentist removed part of my nerve, I was calm for 4 days. Today suddenly I started to ache terribly, but it is not a long-lasting pain, but as if someone had suddenly stuck a needle in me and it immediately spread to half of my face. Does it have to be like that or do I have to go to the dentist to check it?

I advise you to visit the dentist so that the canal is flushed. In hot weather, the bacteria that remain in the tooth canal have favorable conditions for reproduction. My advice is to rinse the canal, it will reduce the pain.
