For a long time (more or less a year) my back hurts, more precisely at the bottom on the right, always in the same place. They hurt both when exercising (I play table tennis) and lying down or sitting. Often I do not feel pain for two weeks or a month, sometimes it is two or three days of continuous pain. Pain comes as a strange pressure. Sometimes it stops after a while, sometimes it stays on for up to a minute. The pain is not very strong, but it is bothersome.
This recurring pain may be the result of a recurring injury or inflammation. First of all, it is worth going to a physiotherapist who will check the place of pain manually. When pain is not present, you can try to relax tense muscles with massage rollers or more punctured Lacrosse balls. Regular massages and magnesium baths should also help. I recommend buying such a magnesium for bathing in a supplement or herbal store. There you will also get detailed instructions on how to prepare a bath to relax sore muscles.
