Have you ever experienced stabs in your knees and shooting your knees while exercising? When I was in high school, I did a lot of physical exercise at home, including squats (but I didn't do that in a series of e.g. 4x20), just one series of 60 squats, and so on every day. During my studies, I focused on my studies and stopped practicing. About two years ago, during my vacation, I decided to go back to exercise. I started with running, but then there was a problem. After running about a kilometer, there was an intense stabbing in the knees and I noticed that for some time you could hear "bones" or cartilage parts "popping" when you bend your knees. Since then, I have not been able to run or do strenuous exercise that involves bending my knees because the pain comes back every time. Do you know any solution to this problem?

First of all, you should go to a physiotherapist for a checkup. It will help you to accurately diagnose the problem. It could be a muscle issue, it could be damaged ligaments, or the problem could be in a damaged patella. It's hard to say what it might be without seeing and checking the pond. So, please go to a physiotherapist immediately, who will recommend further treatment.
