I am 15 years old and 180 cm tall, I weigh 85.5 kg. How can I exercise to lose weight and shape my body?

At the age of 15 you are still developing, so your muscles will grow naturally. Of course, with the right exercises, you can direct and speed up the process. At the very beginning, focus on general development exercises. They will help you build your body's natural strength and give you the basis for any type of sport you choose at a later stage.

The exercises that I recommend are based on movements with your own body weight: pull-ups and all its variations, all kinds of push-ups, push-ups on bars, i.e. dips, squats, lunges, exercises for the abdominal muscles. Exercises using the TRX suspended system are also a great solution (I enclose a link with an instructional video showing examples of exercises: www.youtube.com/watch?v=_oD6YRTfcpg&t=125s). Additionally, you can sign up for group classes: martial arts, team sports, etc. depending on what you like. There you will have a well-focused general development training. You can start purely strength training around the age of 16. Give yourself time to implement and take care of proper nutrition, because it is the key to building muscle mass. Without an excess of he althy calories, the body will not be able to build muscle.
