Three years ago I had a baby. I have stretch marks on my stomach and legs. I am also irritated by my stomach, which does not allow me to put on neither hips nor a bikini. What to do with it?

Stretch marks, which are formed in many people during pregnancy and breastfeeding, unfortunately, often remain and nothing can be done about them. The sagging belly, which is the remains of the "reserves" of fat accumulated during pregnancy, should be eliminated with the help of aerobic strengthening exercises and rational nutrition. So combine a 40-50 minute fat burning workout in the form of walking, cycling or swimming with abdominal strengthening exercises performed for at least 15-20 minutes. You should do such training at least 2-3 times a week. Also, do not forget about rational eating combined with drinking plenty of water, i.e. about 1.5-2 liters a day.
