First of all, regulating the functioning of the entire body requires time and changing eating habits and those related to daily physical activity. There are no quick ways to regulate weight. We shape what we look like at a given moment for months or even years, repeating the same habits and habits. When deciding to lose weight, we must be aware that it is quite hard work that requires patience and changes in our life that we have to introduce not for a month or two, but forever. With this in mind, try to reduce the amount of carbohydrates in the form of sugar, sweets, wheat flour, white bread in your diet,Pasta, fruit and fruit juices as well as fats Try to eat products containing as much dietary fiber as possible, i.e. coarse-grain bread, groats, dark pasta, brown rice, oatmeal, raw vegetables.
