Recently, on the Internet, I found information about "3-minute weight loss" which, like interval training, consists in changing the intensity of exercise, e.g. running. 30 seconds jogging 30 seconds mega-speed while jogging. And so for 3 minutes. I would like to try to exercise like this - how often should I do such a training? I would like to add that I care about both the effects and good he alth.
Hello, interval training is one type of cardio training. Its purpose is to put the body into high speed and then gradually calm it down. We do this to teach our body to work in high heart rate ranges and high muscle acidity. To introduce interval workouts into your exercise program, you first need to be pre-prepared for them. Start with a jog and then go in a steady run to build the so-called oxygen base. Depending on the stage of the disease, this stage should last from 4 to 8 weeks. This will allow your body to build muscle endurance and avoid possible injuries. After this period, you can start introducing interval training. Depending on your training, you can do 1 to 3 workouts per week, but it's best to do a steady run between interval training sessions.
Time depends on your goal and training. Interval Training, depending on the intensity, can last from 10 to 40 minutes. However, amateurs will practice differently than competitors. I suggest that you buy a watch with the ability to monitor the heart rate, then you can set the entire training plan based on your heart rate.
When it comes to "3 minute weight loss", recently more and more people are trying to earn by introducing new amazing weight loss programs. Of course, the latest research says that interval training is very effective in fighting overweight and you can achieve good results in a short time. However, it must be remembered that performing even 3 minutes at high intensity requires prior warming up so that the body can properly prepare itself. You can do the three-minute running interval every day, because it should not be a huge effort for your body. Remember, however, that although this type of training systems takes little time, you have to wait quite a long time for the effects. Therefore, if you have 30 minutes during the day, I recommend that you do longer regular and interval workouts, thanks towhich you will achieve even better results.
