Hello, I need advice on what exercises to do to lose weight in two weeks. I'm getting married and I'm afraid I might not get into my gowns. An additional problem is that my leg is in a brace and I cannot move too much.
In 2 weeks you can lose weight, the only question is - how much do you want to lose in this time? As your goal is not set very precisely, I can only give you a few tips that may possibly help you. The situation is minimally complicated, as leg contusion excludes several exercises.
The first and most important thing will be a properly balanced diet, thanks to which your daily energy balance will be negative. So you should provide less kcal than you consume during the day. I am not a dietitian and therefore I suggest that you go to a specialist who will compose an appropriate nutrition program for you for the coming weeks. The diet will give you the fastest visible results. The second thing is physical activity. Its purpose is to increase energy expenditure and improve body firmness. In your case, as I wrote earlier, the matter is a bit more difficult, because the leg in the brace prevents you from doing a large amount of cardio, which reduces body fat the fastest. So you have two options: strength and endurance training in a fitness club and cardio machines that only engage your upper body. If there is no fitness club or gym in your town, you can also exercise at home. On fitness websites and in fitness magazines you will find photos and descriptions of possible exercises. Remember not to force a bad leg. I wish you good luck and the best on your new way of life.
Remember that our expert's answer is informative and will not replace a visit to the doctor.
