By accident, I came across a German website showing exercises with Lonce's equipment - which apparently does not burden the joints. Can I ask for an opinion on this device and info on where to look for it?

I was looking for reliable information about this device for quite a long time. It works by creating vibrations that affect the nervous system and force it to send impulses to the muscles, which then contract. Vibration training has been known on the Polish market for several years. There are many machines that work on similar principles. Vibration training brings quick results. First of all, it increases muscle strength, firms the muscles and has a positive effect on strengthening bones and tendons. Indeed, Lonce's equipment does not burden the joints, because there are no forces acting on our body in the vertical axis during the exercises. However, there are a few contraindications to vibration training. These are all cardiovascular diseases (hypertension, heart disease, varicose veins), nervous system diseases (epilepsy), discopathy, cancer and fresh surgical wounds. I did not find a Polish distributor of Lonce's equipment, so there is an option to bring the device from Germany.
