I would like to start running for he alth and fitness, but since I am quite skinny, I would not like to deepen my condition even further. I can't eat any more, so I don't know if I should do this sport, because I've heard that it makes me slimmer. Is it possible to run and not lose weight?

I encourage you to run, even if you are very thin. The only thing we can lose is body fat, which is something most desirable from the point of view of he alth and today's fashion. There are many advantages of physical activity, also for underweight people who should exercise to strengthen the skeletal and muscular systems (people with very scarce muscles, uneven, weak muscle tone are prone to posture defects). Therefore, it is worth introducing stretching and strength exercises to your running training.
