I weigh 78 kilos with a height of 167 cm…. What exercises should I do and how often to burn fat? Now I practice ABS and 6 Weider but it probably won't help me because I have too much fat on my stomach.

To burn fat you need to be patient. Exercise regularly, 5 or 6 times a week, 30 to 60 minutes continuously (without breaks). The intensity of exercise must be low to medium so as not to make yourself out of breath. While exercising, keep your heart rate steady (about 60% of your maximum heart rate) and you must not forget about proper breathing. The distribution of subcutaneous fat is strongly genetically controlled, so apart from exercise, you should also remember about a proper diet. You should limit the consumption of fat and refined carbohydrates (sweets).
