I am 14 years old, 168 cm tall and weigh around 51 to 53 kg. I train basketball 3 times a week for 1.5 hours and sometimes practice at home. I do not limit myself to food and I do not have any diet. I am generally quite slim. I rarely eat fast food. I really care about developing my abdominal muscles and beautifully sculpted legs and getting into great shape. Should I be on a diet? What exercises and how much should I do? What can I eat and drink to avoid getting tired quickly during training? I've heard of some exercise drinks, but I don't want to experiment.

Information on abdominal muscle shaping, leg sculpting and fitness improvement can be found in answers to questions from other users, so check them out. However, when it comes to saving energy during training, the best way is to improve physical performance through interval training (eg Tabata). You do not need to take supplements with exercise lasting up to 1.5 hours, and in rare cases use energy gels. Stay hydrated throughout the day, stick to the principles of he althy eating, and get enough sleep. Taking all these elements into account, you will increase the regenerative capacity of the body, which will translate into better condition and an increase in energy levels during training in a natural and most effective way, bringing long-lasting effects.
