There are 3 ways to lift your breasts that are best used simultaneously:
1) ensuring the skin's firmness by moisturizing from the inside and outside,
2) sleeping in a bra so that Cooper's stretched ligaments return to their previous state,
3) strengthening exercises for the bust.
Ad. 1) Drink at least 1.5 liters of fluid every day. The use of moisturizing lotions is also important, but not all the time, because that's when the skin gets used to it. Ad. 2) After just 3 days of wearing a comfortable, yet compressive bra overnight, significant breast lift can be noticed. In addition, the bra that we wear during the day must be well-chosen. Ad. 3) Strengthening exercises, such as pressing the barbell while lying down and stretching the head down.
