I am 14 years old, measure 167 cm and weigh 50 kg. I don't care about losing weight, but I would love to have muscular legs.
If you want to enlarge your leg muscles in a proportional or targeted manner, you should decide on strength training. Running in most cases has the opposite effect of reducing the circumference. The exceptions are sprints, which, however, require a certain degree of body strengthening at the start, the right running technique and build muscles in a specific way, facilitating a sprint run. Start with exercises in the form of lunges, squats, plies, abduction of the leg to the side.
