I've been practicing with Ewa Chodakowska for a few weeks now and I have encountered a certain obstacle in my pursuit of the perfect figure. Well, my legs (thighs and calves) from training to training increase their volume. The trainings look like this, I try to warm up (15-20 minutes), complete training with Ewa is 45 minutes (Skalpel I, Skalpel II or Killer), and finally intense stretching for 15-20 minutes to slim down the muscles. I've always had a problem with massive legs because I trained volleyball and was interested in many sports. The problem became more persistent the moment I gave up the sport completely because of my spine, my legs got even bigger. I would like to add that I keep a diet, it is balanced, rich in nutrients. Currently, I would like to return to my former figure. What should I do to slim down the muscles of my legs, especially my calves?

Most likely your legs were quickly strengthened after a few weeks due to the existence of the phenomenon of muscle memory. Such dynamic muscle growth should slow down in the following weeks, however, it depends on the given organism. If you have been eating an excessive amount of calories so far (calculate your need, there are many calculators on the web for this), try to cut them down by 10-15% and watch what changes in the following weeks. However, if the caloric content has already been reduced and your muscles are still growing and you do not want to wait for the situation to normalize, just stick to a diet and only exercise or do stretching exercises.
